This NEW bottling and capping monoblock integrates in one single machine all the functions required to package non carbonated liquid products and beverages. These machines are only suitable for still liquids like beer fermented in the bottle, wine, spirits, cordials, oils and other viscous products, vinegar, tea, new age drinks, energy drinks, detergents, cosmetic liquids and the like.
The standard productivity output is 1000 bottles per hour. A faster eight head version is also available. Can fill glass and PET/PVC bottles and containers from 150ml to 2 litres, close them with pre-threaded aluminium or plastic screw caps, thread and apply aluminium screw caps, any natural and technical cork, crown caps, apply and close capsules and label front and back. Requires one or two operators depending on configuration.
The automatically filled bottles are transferred onto the conveyor belt where they are automatically guided, stopping under each activated function, to the storage at the end of the line. All functions are independent. The automatic rotary gravity filler built with 304 grade stainless steel and includes six (6) filler nozzles with mechanical filling level adjustment and six plates mounted on pneumatic pistons, two star wheels and counter star wheels suitable for Bordeaux type bottles. Product loading system is by pneumatic actuator throttle valve and electronic probes for automatic filling level control in the filler tank, complete with product input gate valve 304 grade stainless steel.
The filler can be steam sterilized at 110 degrees C and is mounted on eight feet and/or swivelling wheels.
It is built with AISI-304 stainless steel and transparent Lexan with CE certified safety devices systems.
Comes with automatic single head screw capper turret built in grade 304 stainless steel and includes automatic loading star wheel suitable for Bordeaux bottles, automatic electro-magnetic vibration caps feeder, chute with direct positioning device and capping head. Alternatively it can come configured with automatic single head corker turret built in grade 304 stainless steel which includes automatic loading star wheel suitable for Bordeaux bottles, rapid extraction cork compression group, hopper and cork loader which is suitable for natural or silicone corks a diameter of 25mm x 55mm high max and bottles diameter of 55mm up to 110mm x 150 / 350mm high.
Other formats available are: PET capper, crown capper, T capper, and any two combinations of all the above. Comes complete with conveyoring. Available are numerous differing optional additions such as: nitrogen injection, air sparging with gas injection before filling, nitrogen injection before capping unit, stamping unit either self inking or thermal transfer, differing styles of touch input control screens, and mono-phase for use in single phase power environments.
Requires 3 phase input, absorption 2.5kW max, along with a source of compressed air min of 6 bar (87 psi) with CE certified electric, electronic and pneumatic systems.
