This stainless steel manual melon peeler can peel and core various kinds of melons (eg honeydew, cantaloupe etc) up to 140mm diameter. Is rated from 3 to 6 melons per min dependent on the user dexterity. The user can use the melon skin as a decorative bowl for fruit cocktail etc. The fruit is halved and the unit uses a hand type winch to rotate the melon on a spindle with outer blades / knifes to peel the outer skin with an inner scoop insert to core the melon seeds etc.
