For sale is this used / secondhand fully stainless steel commercial sized dehydrator is constructed of double wall industrial grade 304 stainless steel and insulated with high density aluminium silicate cotton. The seller has outlined its condition is: Very good. Is 2022 year new large stainless steel industrial / commercial food dehydrator model IDU-60. This is in full operational condition. Brought new from the commercial dehydration company in Australia and is still under warranty. Only used 6 times and did the job perfectly. Just set the temperature and dehydration time. Has auto turn-off and cool down and comes with 3 phase cable and plug ready to be plugged in and used (fitted by electrician). Has a maximum power rating of 15.45kW with the average power rating being 6 to 7kW.

Has a temperature range from ambient to 150 degrees Celsius with a total airflow of 3400m³ per hour. Comes with two (2x) trolley racks each measuring 930mm x 645mm x 1450mm along with sixty (60x) trays measuring 640mm x 460mm x 30mm deep giving a total tray surface area of 17.66m². The spacing between tiers is 76mm.

Was used for dehydrating camping/tramping meals and became surplus as we decided to focus on other products hence why we are selling.

Also included is a bench top sheet roll holder and a roll of approximately 9,500 custom made sheets (35mu) perforated lengths. The sheets cost $1500 and the roll holder was $150 so that's a good bonus for the list price. We used the sheets to line the trays to eliminate cleaning time.
