This used / secondhand Klöckner Bartelt powder sachet machine comes with two (2x) Bartelt auger fillers so can perform dual individual fills or a combination ie 2 differing products from each filler into a single sachet. Was previously used to produce sachet products such as soups, desserts, gravies, spice mixes etc with the quantity varying from between 30 to 80 grams per sachet. It forms, seals and cut the sachets off a single roll off film and has edge tear function.

Comes complete with PLC controller along with controls for: fill 1, fill 2, product low, eye registration, vacuum open, agitator, drive, etc.

The unit has dust extraction and requires 3 phase power supply along with a source of compressed air. The seller has outlined this unit is simply on the market due to a change in products manufactured. The floor hoppers & augers will go with the machine. Voltage is 400, 240 & 110. Both filling heads are fitted with servo drives. We have manuals available.
