This Optical Sorter is used to sort and remove defects in food products. The machine can be easily programmed to sort a number of different product lines. Product is feed onto a high speed belt which passes under a camera, defects are identified and then individually removed by a jet of compressed air. Overall dimensions of sorter:- 2700mm long x 1200mm wide x 2300mm high.
The sorter is feed by a Key Iso-flow shaker, which is included in sale. Overall dimensions of shaker unit:- 2850mm long x 1200mm wide x 1450mm high.
All contact parts stainless steel. Machine requires a supply of compressed air and cooling water. Comes with spares.
