This used / secondhand vacuum stuffer / sausage extruder comes with linker attachment and complete with controls. The model is rated an output of upto 2000 kg/hr with a portioning range from 5 grams through to 100 grams. Is stainless steel construction and has feed hopper approximately 600mm in diameter x 350mm deep (approx 50 litres). Requires 3 phase power supply. The seller has outlined this sauages extruder: has had a full rebuild and will have new meat pump (cost $8000 alone) and vanes. Please note the meat pump and vanes are not fitted and the vendor needs to purchase and install these to make the extruder operational.
