This used / secondhand stainless steel slitter and guillotine was previously used for cutting of slabs of product into bar sizes. Is fully guarded and is food grade construction and is fitted with belt conveyor 500mm wide. Has infeed section to the guillotine approx 1000mm long with width adjustable guides to align the product. Product after being cut to length by the guillotine is then conveyed through the slitting section to slice the product to width. The slitter blade is configured with spacers to slice product approx 42mm wide. Other spacers could be fitted for a differing slice width. Comes with a wheeled stand to safely house and store the slitting blade which measures overall (for freighting) 1250mm x 1250mm x 1200mm high. Also with the equipment is the control panel which measures overall (for freighting) 500mm x 1150mm x 1200mm high. The seller has manuals for the plant. It was last in production use in August 2014 and is solely on the market due to the purchase of a higher throughput machine. Our contact has outlined re the machine in relation to an enquiry: here are 11 blades fitted to the shaft but we have three more sets of 11 blades along with various spacers and guides. There is also a spare guillotine blade. The unit has two belts. One into slitter and one from slitter through guillotine. The guillotine has servo driven gearbox. We have cut baked product with large chucks of chocolate and trialled product with nuts in and never had it fault.
