For sale is this used/secondhand monobloc rotary rinser, filler and capper. It has sixteen station rinser for bottle washing, twelve head rotary filler and six head capper and comes with vibratory cap feeder. The unit comes with infeed and outfeed slatband conveyor with the infeed being 2250mm into the monobloc with the outfeed section being 1050mm in length with the conveyor having 80mm wide slatband with adjustable width guide railing. The unit as pictured is fitted with a scroll singulator to accommodate bottles 72mm in diameter. Has hinged doors / guarding and requires 3 phase power supply.

The seller has outlined: We were filling 2000x 500ml bottles per hour - it can go twice that speed. There are two sets of starwheels for bottles 61mm & 72mm in diameter and can accept bottle heights ranging from 140mm to 250mm high. It is capable of applying screwcaps ranging from 42mm to 50mm in diameter.
