This used / secondhand oven has three (3x) decks. The top is an Atoll 800 model convection oven to accommodate 4 trays and requires 3 phase, 9.6kW, 15 amp power supply (please enquire for link to manufacturers specs if required) and is specially designed for in-store bakery to bake all kinds of Danish pastry, croissant, baguette, egg tart and other snacks, especially for frozen dough. The middle deck is a stone soled deck oven (5.45kW) and internally measures 500mm x 630mm x 200mm high. The base is a four (4x) tier prover. Each deck has touch input controls with steam injection functions on each deck. The unit is mounted on lockable castors. The seller has outlined the unit has had less than 2 years use and comes with trays along with a multitude of spares including control gear, thermostats, face plates etc. We paid $18K for it new plus the cost of trays.
