This used/secondhand citrus peeler has infeed chute to convey the product to the peeling assembly. The fruit is initially fed through four (4x) skill saw blades with quarter the outer peel with the fruit then falling through a grip drum type assembly which pulls the peel away and the remaining flesh then falls onto the belt conveyor 165mm wide x 1150mm long. The peeler has pneumatic fitting to air jet clean the cutters. The peeler is mounted on lockable castors and requires 3 phase power and a source of compressed air.
