This used / secondhand bowl cutter is stainless steel contact parts and has trough approximately 180mm wide x 60mm deep. Has guarded section over the cutting section and is fitted with twin (2x) knives.

It appears to be the 84145 model (does not have a nameplate) with this model rated 2.26 kilogram (5 pound) capacity. The double cut stainless steel knives reduce food products such to a uniformly small particle size for use in say salads, spreads, and can be used for producing products such as breadcrumbs. Is fitted with an attachment which allows the user to purchase additional attachments such as a meat grinder / mincer or vegetable slicer.
