For sale is this used / second hand bench pastry brake which has width adjustable rollers 500mm in length with dial to adjust the sheet thickness. Is guarded and has stainless steel catch trays each 760mm long. Requires 3 phase power supply and the seller said it was working fine prior to being out into storage - it would require a thorough clean before going back into production use.
