The seller has stated:- This large batch centrifuge has separated dirt from extracted oils and fruit solids from juices and operates at 1400 rpm. The bowl measures internally measures 740mm in diameter x 330mm high. The estimated capacity of solids is 30 kilograms before emptying is required. Is a marvellous precision piece of machinery. Unfortunately in moving it, some person has managed to lose the two drum - basin plugs and the supernant - liquid removal tube which will require replacement. The revolving drum is fed through the central fixed pipe. The removal tube when rebuilt can be adjusted by hand. We joined the stainless tube with a plastic one so we could monitor the outflow quality and adjust the tube accordingly.
