On offer is this used / secondhand continuous filling line which includes slatband belt conveyor, 4 head gravity filler, roll on lidder along with rotary end accumulation table - there is also a small CIP tank and pump for washdown of the filler. The seller has outlined: We filled from 300 grams through to 2 litre containers/pots on this line. The minimum deposit I would think would be 100 gram deposits as for the maximum as long as the container fits on the conveyor and also between the sensors I guess you could fill more than 2 litres.

The slatband conveyor passing through the line is 80mm wide and is fitted with width adjustable guide rails and will accomodate a maximum container width of 170mm. The conveyor has the capper fitted alomng with a mount for an inkjet coder if required.

The Hunter 4 head gravity filler is PLC controlled and has controls for pump on/off, fill volume (small, medium, large), manual/auto etc. It is fitted with feed hopper 600mm in diameter x 550mm deep with 95mm Ø throat in the base. The depositor has sensor and and gating for automatic filling cycles with the depositing heads being width and height adjustable to suit to suit the user container sizes and heights. The seller also has a brand new set of depositing heads. The 4 head filler and conveyor have a footprint of 4.85m x 1.35m with the filler standing 2.2m in height with both the filler and conveyor both being mounted on wheels along with jacking screw feet.

The Hunter rotary accumulation table is 1200mm in diameter x 940mm in height and has adjustable outer guide railing. It is mounted on wheels along with jacking screw feet.

The CIP (clean in place) tank internally measures 390mm in diameter and has sloping base 300mm deep on one side and 500mm deep at the other so holds around 45 litres and comes with pump. The seller does have a pipework (hose) along with a stainless steel collection trough so the CIP solution can be collected after passing through the depositing heads and returned for recirculation.

The seller has outlined: I would be more than happy to help whoever buys the Hunter line set it up and try and get the settings correct etc.
