This unit is designed and equipped particularly for mango pitting and is also suitable for avocados. It can be used to process either fresh fruits or fruits that have been pre-heated by de-bittering. It can reach up to 2500 kg/hr output capacity with ripe fruit suitable for processing.

It consists of:
a feeding hopper,
mainframe in stainless steel,
feeding / discharging and collecting hoppers,
removable cover,
screen with large holes,
and a set of special adjustable beaters.

All parts coming into contact with fruit are made of Aisi 304 stainless steel, with the exception of a few components that, due to engineering and operating needs, are made of other foodgrade material. Requires 5.5kW electrical source for the drive motor.
