The seller has stated:- This is an all Spirax Sarco steam control valve group. Only commissioned then never used again.

Y-Strainer DN50 PG16 (~$600)
Pneumatically operated Reduced Bore Ball Valves
Valve body M21si2 DN50 (~600)
BVA325 Pneumatic Actuator - allows a rotation of 90°±5° (~$1000)
LSB-31 Valve position Monitor – recognizable highly visible beacon, various switches and feedback options (~$500)
Pressure Reducing Valve DP27 DN40 (~$3500 to $4000)
Condition looks very good, some very minor external rust and some seemingly light internal rust visible – inspected strainer, looked like new with no visible rust. Replacement cost for a group like this all assembled would approach $8000.
