The seller has stated:- This is a Spirax Sarco 2.5" (dn65) modulated electro pneumatic control valve, with Smart positioner. Only commissioned then never used again.

Comes with:

Spira-trol two-port control valve LE33 PTSUSS.2. When used in conjunction with a pneumatic or electric linear actuator provides characterised, modulating or on / off control.

SP400 SMART POSITIONER (~$4300) - Electropneumatic Smart Positioner provides accurate adaptive positional control of pneumatic actuated linear and quarter turn valves. Precise control is maintained through valve position feedback that automatically varies the pneumatic output pressure to overcome the effects of stem friction and flow forces to maintain desired valve position. Indication of valve position is provided through a continuous digital display of % travel.

Pneumatic Actuator Pn9233e (~$2903) air regulator. Condition looks very good, no external rust just some scratched paint from installation and removal, and some seemingly light internal rust visible. Replacement cost would be around $4400.
