This is a automatic wafer stick production set-up which has only had a commissioning run although most of the equipment was built in 2003.

Output for each line is approximately 18,000 pieces per hour. Based on stick length of 100mm and a layering pitch of 25mm - approximately 56kg per hour of unfilled wafer sticks. Final output depends on the recipe and local materials - coloring can be whatever the manufacturer requires depending on the batter coloring, cream filling, and outer coloring liner. Oven is still set up and ready for production with complete documentation available.

Consists of:
Three (3x) Franz Haas (Buhler) EWB 2.24 IG gas fired Baking Ovens with three Batter Depositors, three (3x) Cream Fillers and three (3x) bi-colour Wafer Stick units, Haas cooling tunnel Type KKSB-23, 1.4m wide x 23m long with brand new refrigeration compressors, batter / cream processing units. MKPD-1000kg Sugar Powder Mill, MKYE-1600kg Fat Melting Tank, MKOH-1650kg Chocolate Pre-Mixer, two (2x) MKCM-600kg Chocolate Ball Mills, two (2x) MKST-2500kg Chocolate Resting Stock Tanks, Chiller and Dough Mixing including hot / cold water circulation system, pumps, valves, jacketed pipes, tees, elbows, butterfly valves etc made by Memak, Turkey (installed in June 2019 - test run only), Atlas Copco GA22 air compressor (installed in June 2019): 1000 litre pressurized air cylinder, air dryer and separator.

Plus Automatic Rotary Feeding System with auto tray loading machine:- Automatic rotary feeding system - Centrifugal bowl feeder - 90 degree feeding system - Automatic tray loading device - Counting and distributing device - Pusher device on top - KD-300 Flow Packaging Machine - Stacking machine (Kendy, China installed in June 2019 - test run only) plus Chinese made plastic tray forming line for the product.
