This used / secondhand stainless steel twin shaft paddle mixer has mixing chamber 280mm x 280mm x 380mm deep with the base of the chamber being jacketed for either heating or chilling of contents if necessary. Has hinged lidded in the top with the lid having a 2” (50mm) inlet in the top side for feeding ingredients/additives if required. The mixer has on/off control along with variable speed via a manual dial. Is mounted on castors for ease of moving in and out of production use. The seller has outlined this blender is designed for handling pastes and was previously used for very viscous peanut butter and is solely on the market as they purchased a larger blender to handle increased product demand.
