This is a used / secondhand stainless steel wide plate flash pasteuriser which has controls for power, hot water and pump. The seller has stated its condition is: Very good. We were using it for grape, apple and kiwifruit juice and it was fine. The flow rate is determined by the set temperature and the capacity of the heat source. We ran 2500 x 500ml with ease at a fill temperature of between 88 to 90 degrees Celsius and then chilled to between 18 to 20 degrees Celsius. The pasteuriser has heaps of capacity...depends on the users heating capacity as heating is provide by an external heat source. The unit has pasteurisation plates and also a section of plates for cooling on exit so can perform the dual purposes of heating and chilling. Has 40mm product in/outlets and has wall mounted chart recorder. Requires 3 phase power supply.
