On offer is this as new commercial sized hot smoker. The seller has outlined: This smoker was professionally made to our specs. As can be seen from the attached pics, everything down to the hinges have all been made to fit. The quality of the workmanship is clear to see by all areas including the neat and precise welding. The unit is designed for ease of operation for users.

The entire smoker is made from 3/8 inch steel with a fully insulated firebox. This is what is known as a stick burner. It is fuelled by burning wood in your firebox. The design allows smoke and heat to be drawn from the firebox across the cooking area and out of the other end via your smoke stack. There are dampers between both the firebox and the cooking area and also within your smoke stack. Once optimum cooking temps are reached across all your gauges, increases / control is maintained by adding sticks / pieces of wood to the firebox. The process is very effective and because there is heat and smoke being drawn across the cooking area, this is known at hot smoking.

When fully loaded it can hold up to one ton of meat. It has two cooking levels which are on pull out grids which are accessed and serviced by four (4x) counter balanced doors.

The total cooking surface area is 5.482m² which includes the bottom level racks which run the length of the smoker and consists of five (x5 panels) each measuring 770mm wide x 1000mm deep giving a surface area of is 3.85m² along with the top level racks which consist of three (3x) panels measuring 800mm wide x 680mm deep providing surface area of 1.63m².

Overall length end to end is 19 ft 8 inches Depth - front to back 50 inches Height 8 ft - 10 ft including the smoke stack which is hinged for assisting in its transportation.
