The twin fluted rolls in this roller mill are 600mm long x 220mm diameter. They have micro adjustment at each end for precision sizing and infinite adjustment to the roll gap for precise particle size selection. There is a heavy duty chain and sprocket differential drive. Has main drive V belt transmission via pulley for positive drive to the fast roll with automatic belt tensioning arrangement and easily adjusted main motor mounting arrangement. Comes with a 7.5kW, 960rpm drive. There are heavy duty bearings contained within sturdy carriers fitted up to the rolls, enabling adjustment. Have a spring release safety feature to ensure that the rolls part when extraneous material enters the roll nip. The rolls return to the pre-set position once the object has passed through the rolls. A clutch driven drive to the feed roll with adjustable feed gate unit gives even and controlled material supply to the main rolls. The inlet is 600mm x 210mm.
