These NEW stainless steel 1000 litre ribbon blenders have double (twin) contra flow configuration helix ribbon. Have a mixing chamber 2415mm long x 620mm wide x 920mm deep (is 1300 litres overall). Have substantial bar mesh guarding under a hitch up hinged lid arrangement. Is very well designed and is suitable for most types of powder or dry ingredients (and even wet mixes). Have outrigger bearing/stuffing box seal arrangements at both shaft endings. Have 150mm diameter pneumatically operated butterfly valve discharge.

Requires 3 phase, 415V AC, for the 11.0kW, 29 (output) rpm gear motor (worm wheel and pinion) which is direct coupled to the blender shaft.
