These NEW retarder proofers come in a variety of sizes and models (20 differing models available) ranging from 2 to 6 rack and with single or double door access.

They are designed to take varying sized racks including:
- 500mm x 600mm,
- 600mm x 800mm,
- 600mm x 1000mm,
- 800mm x 1000mm,
- 1000mm x 1100mm.

Are constructed of isothermal panels of 80mm thickness and with a density of 40kg/m3. Interior is constructed of stainless steel and exterior made of white galvanised epoxy paint with sheet covered non-slip floor. Are fitted with great efficiency evaporators, low air speed and high humidity index. Soundless condenser units, with the possibility of being installed at a determinate distance. Are fitted with electronic-digital control with microcomputer with 15 programs and 5 phases. Have interface and communication by modem and starting up of the oven with idividual protection of the circuits. Equipped with high reliability control panel with temperature thermostat, dry and instantaneous wet heat. Has low speed ventilation with internal illumination. Are designed with easy installation and starting up in mind.
