These low maintenance plum pitters / destoners remove stones from fresh elongated plums. Are rated an output capacity of 20,000 pieces/hour. Can either cut the plums in half or leave them whole and it was specially designed for production or preserved plums in syrup or in spirit. These machines allow processing different sizes by means of simple adjustments with no need to change any tooling. Sized and stemmed plums are fed onto the rotating hopper with adjustable holes. Fruit goes through the holes and is then transferred onto the roller conveyor on a horizontal position. The units have an adjustable system which allows it to process differing sized plums with no re-tooling. The size tolerance ranges from 25mm to 35mm maximum and has automatic feeding and orienting system. Plums are pitted as they pass underneath the punching heads and are then discharged through a hopper while stones are discharged separately. Requires a supply of water (through a 16mm pipe) along with 0.37kW (380 volts).
