This used / second-hand fish, meat, poultry processing patty former has 300mm wide mesh outfeed conveyor. It is a square former type (Medimat) for meat, fish, potato (hashbrowns) etc with all contact parts stainless steel or plastic. Like all larger units it uses a screw feed (200mm diameter) from the feed hopper (450mm x 450mm x 450mm / approx 90 litres) to promote the product to the dies and then pushes them out on to the outfeed belt so the former has a screw feed pressure chamber with knock-out device.

It is rated 3200 cycles per hour (53 strokes/min). When fitted with twin (two) dies as shown in the photos it is rated a capacity 7,200 patties per hour. It is possible to have the former set-up with more dies and stampers to produce a higher output. Set-up with twin dies and stampers it will produce up to twin maximum 120mm diameter patties side by side with the thickness range from (approx) 6mm to 38mm. The machine comes with about 6 round, rectangle, tree shape etc.

The former requires 3 phase power (415 volt) along with a source of compressed air. Comes with manual with the age of the machine (from the manual) appearing to be either 1978 or 1982.
