Available are either single or double shafted paddle mixers (twin shaft is the white steel unit shown in the photo). The single paddle design (shown in the stainless steel photo) is suited to blending of high levels of liquid ingredients. Suited to high speed and high efficiency mixing applications to achieve high quality with minimal power consumption. Features compact size with clean lines, stable performance and low noise and no dust emissions. The single shaft mixers on offer range in capacities from 100 to 4000kgs per batch fitted with the relevant drive from 2.2kW to 45.0kW. The twin shaft paddle mixers come in capacities from 25 to 3000kg per batch. These provide efficient mixing when filled to 30% either side of the nominal capacity and come with fitted with the relevant drive from 0.75kW to 45.0kW.
