On offer is this used / secondhand steam cooker which is stainless steel construction. It has a hinged half lid along with various inlets and product infeed chute in the top. Is fitted with a liquiverter type assembly off centre in the base designed to create a shearing and mixing action. Has 65mm diameter outlet. The seller has commented: Reasonable condition, looks good but no one has seen it working. It was being used previously for the production/distilling of manuka oil.

The nameplate outlines the jacket has a tested pressure of 6 bar (87 psi) and working pressure of 3 bar (43.5 psi).
