These are new machines designed primarily for cabbage shredding but are suitable for other differing products such as carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, lettuce, cheese, beets, onions, radish and can also slice elongated vegetables such as cucumbers using the appropriate positioning feeders assembly. Can also come with discs for grating of potato or other vegetables. They can produce between 500 and 1000 kilograms per hour product dependent.

The standard version has powder painted frame, three-layer lacquer or they can come in fully stainless steel versions (as displayed in the photos). Standard motor is 0.75kW, 220V, 50 hertz, single phase and 3 phase, 1.5kW or 2.2kW, 400 volts versions can also be supplied along with 60 hertz and other voltages to suit the buyers requirements. The more powerful motors are recommended for grating and higher throughput.
