These NEW divider rounders will perform divisions from 20 grams to 1400 grams (1.4kg) dependent on the piston diameter fitted. Are variable speed and will manufacture from 1000 pieces per hour upto 2200 pieces per hour. There are three (3x) double pocket/piston models capable of producing upto 4000 pieces per hour.
Are fitted with hinged stainless steel kneader arm with teflon coating for all kinds of doughs. Have digital piece counter and automatic stopping. Have manual start-up and stoppage and come with automatic closed circuit oiling system. Come standard fitted with 45 kilogram stainless steel dough hopper which can optionally be teflon treated and can also be supplied with larger feed hoppers at additional cost with prices and options outlined below.
Single pocket models are rated 1000 to 2200 pieces per hour priced at € 14,480 (Euro) with the piston sizes available being:
60 diameter: 20 to 200 grams
80 diameter: 30 to 300 grams
90 diameter: 40 to 400 grams
110 diameter: 60 to 600 grams
120 diameter: 100 to 1000 grams
135 diameter: 150 to 1250 grams
140 diameter: 180 to 1400 grams
Two pocket models are rated 2160 to 4000 pieces per hour priced at € 16,670 (Euro) with the piston sizes available being:
60 diameter: 20 to 220 grams
80 diameter: 30 to 300 grams
90 diameter: 40 to 400 grams
