The seller has stated:- This is a tripe washing machine and refiner used for the washing and refining of tripe and omasum. Were brought it in 2018 but never used. Has been in dry storage and are in excellent condition. The machines are made of stainless steel AISI-304 including the electrical cabinet. The tripe machine is an Ollari & Conti model P and the refiner is an Ollari & Conti model R15.
