These NEW screw mixing augers are fabricated in heavy-duty mild steel or stainless steel. They feature cut and fold flighting for a combined mixing and conveying effect. Fitted with heavy-duty main shaft made of seamless steel tube and stub shafts with heavy section conveyor flighting for optimum performance and life. Supplied with adjustable Rexnord gear drive unit and SKF bearings suited to the conveyor application with chain and sprocket transmission and OSH safety standard guarding. Includes axle shaft seal at the discharge end and hanger bearings. Available in various sizes and lengths.
