This hydraulic lateral pole driver is used to plant poles in vineyards, orchards, etc on sloping or flat grounds (please note its usage is not suited to hilly environments). The machine is assembled on tractors of any type - crawler or with tyres and has a output of 130 - 160 poles per hour. The central lateral position of the unit allows the use of this equipment in both ploughed and non ploughed ground without the danger of lifting the tractor. The standard chassis allows it to operate on poles with a height from 2m to 3.2m (any height required can be reached substituting the standard frame). The machine is also used and suited to remove old poles or poles in poor condition. The machine is equipped with a hydraulic system for traverse, right / left inclination, pressing, and extraction. By request a hydraulic translator of the pressing plate can be assembled equipped with a hook for the removal of the poles, a 3-way distributor (on demand), an adjustable lateral safety guard, and a hydraulic drill to create holes a maximum of 150mm diameter and upto 0.90m deep. The weight of the is approx 200 kg. It is suitable for big farms and firms working under contract.
