These NEW machines are suitable to realize a fine chopping of different fruit and vegetables and also of hard products such as apples, pears, chestnuts, potatoes, carrots, etc. Models are available with a capacity upto 20 tonne / hour (two differing sized models shown within the photographs). The smaller of the two models - chopper model 2 is suitable for the processing of fruits such as apple, pears, kiwi, strawberries, with a capacity up to approx 1500 to 2000 kg/hr (depending on the product). The chopper includes a set of perforated inserts in order to obtain a chopped product with different dimensions. The machine is supplied with only one set of inserts (for example for 3mm) but if the customer wants to have different sized cut the machine has to be equipped with other sets at additional cost.

The machine consists of:
• chopping section with 15 knife holders and 16 slits to discharge the chopped product,
• closing movable cover for the chopping section supplied with double safety closure,
• pushing rotor with movable rotating beater with 3 adjustable paddles,
• motor coupled with belts and pulleys,
• toothed knives manufactured from hardened steel,
• set of interchangeable perforated chopping tools in order to adjust the product chopping degree,
• supporting structure in stainless steel,
• feeding and discharging hoppers in stainless steel.
• The chopper can be supplied with perforated inserts with different mesh sizing in order to obtain different piece sizes and it is also possible to remove them in order to have a free passage and to obtain large pieces.

All parts in contact with the product are manufactured in stainless steel Aisi 304.
