This PHG series is mainly used for the extrusion of soybean and maize.

It features
cooking,
sterilising,
extruding,
dehydrating,
stabilising functions.

It is easy to operate, compact in size, and provides reliable finished quality material processing.

The material cooking temperature of 130 to 150 degrees C is reached without the need for a conditioner or steam boiler, due to the amount of friction generated, and thus energy absorbed by the extruded material.

The extruded product can be bagged directly after being cooled when using appropriate moisture levels to preserve the finished product.
