These NEW semi automatic filling stations are suitable for filling food and chemical products, ideal for drums and other containers of different capacity and shape or non-aseptic bags in drums of up to 250 litres. It is designed primarily for liquid foods products such as fruit and tomato concentrates.

It features volumetric dosing with magnetic flowmeter (massic on request) with a precision of +/- 0.5. The movement of drums is manual with roller conveyor with a motorized roller conveyor is available on request (additional cost) for single drum or 4 drums on a pallet. The minimum floor space required is 800mm x 400mm x 3000mm high with the machine height adjustable according to containers height. The filler is washable by C.I.P. with a temporary pipeline and the possibility of steam sanitization.

The machine consists of:
a stainless steel roller conveyor approx 2.5m long,
timed relay for command of the product infeed pump,
stainless steel Aisi 304 supporting frame,
stainless steel product/CIP pipe connection DN 40,
plunging pneumatic valve in Aisi 316 SS (food contact surfaces),
filling from bottom,
a system to avoid dripping of product,
control board suitable for pre-setting volume,
relay for feeding pump (with on/off button),
volume is taken by means of a magnetic flowmeter DN 20,
the CIP solution is provided by the customer and it is dumped after the filler,
CIP connection outlet DN 40.
