The European manufacturer of these compact modular cubed ice makers has been in production for over 30 years. They have electronic control, direct transmission and stainless steel bodywork (Aisi 304 - scotch brite). They come in air or water cooled versions and use refrigerant R404A. They come in six different sizes.
154 kilograms per 24 hours: These use 1878 watts, weigh 63 kilos and use 7 litres of water per day with the water cooled versions using 107 litres per 24 hours and produces 136 kilograms of flaked ice per 24 hours. Dimensions are 560mm wide x 620mm deep x 575mm high with these dimensions for the head only but they can be supplied with a 100kg or 150kg capacity ice storage bin.
225 kilograms per 24 hours: These use 2650 watts, weigh 78 kilos and use 11 litres of water per day with the water cooled version using 126 litres per 24 hours and produces 205 kilograms of flaked ice per 24 hours.
