The PIONEER INTEGRATED SYSTEM features a high productivity combined with a considerable ease of handling: one peeling assembly allows processing big amounts of potatoes (or carrots) reducing fatigue, down time and space requirements, resulting in a quick, rational work flow. If the customer wants to peel onions as well, the line is slightly different: the “screw” elevator is replaced by a loading belt.

The work sequence is as follows:
1) Starts at the feeding hopper,
2) The potatoes are lifted up by a special elevator and conveyed to the abrasive peeler,
3) Then they are automatically peeled and washed, until dumped into the finishing vat for the final operation,
4) During the last phase, the potatoes are placed on a special chute and collected in a suitable trolley.

The system is available in two versions with either one (Mono / single system model) or two (dual / double system model) potato peeling machines for an output of 600 or 1200 kg/hour of finished product respectively. The single and double integrated systems differ in productivity as well as in a number of construction specifications.

The MONO system is equipped with:- one 30kg peeler (30kg output per 2 to 3 minutes), approximately 200kg feed hopper, an automatic air-operated device for door opening and closing on the potato peelers when raw product is fed and peeled product is discharged, a potato screw elevator to draw potatoes from the hopper which starts operating and draws potatoes after each peeling cycle, a 4 station finishing vat designed for more rational potato finishing and sorting and consists of a large vat for the product collection, two cutting boards with openings and underlying waste bins. This section accommodates 4 operators and ensures accurate finishing or product and features a chute for finished product to be discharged to a collection trolley or directly to a vegetable cutter or alike for further processing.

The DOUBLE system is equipped with:- Two 30kg potato peelers (60kg output per 2 to 3 minutes), approximately 200kg feed hopper, a potato bi directional elevator and diverting device with screw elevator to draw potatoes from the hopper with a pneumatic flow diverter to regulate flow to each of the abrasive peelers, an automatic air operated device for door opening and closing on the potato peelers which is programmable to discharge the peeled product to the finishing vat, a six station finishing vat which consists of two large sections for potato collection, two cutting boards with openings and underlying waste bins and a special central conveyor to discharge the finished product in to collection trolleys. This section accommodates 6 / 8 operators and ensures accurate finishing or product, a conveyor for the finished product which can then feed to a collection trolley or directly to a vegetable cutter or alike for further processing.

Has low voltage control board including controls for power on-light, loading programmer, peeling programmer, potato peeler start button, elevator start button, cycle stop button, manual / automatic selector for door opening.
The models require 400V, 50Hz, 3 phase electrical power.
