These NEW single stage pulper / refiners are suitable for any kind of fruits and vegetables to be transformed into juice or pulp. This unit is also suitable for heavy duty jobs like destoning of ripe or precooked fruits. Has a capacity up to 2500 to 3000 kg/h according to the treated product and the sieves used.

The machine consists of: a feeding hopper, two heads and two sides, a perforated screen, a set of four adjustable beaters which the manufacturer will supply with the machine to ensure that the machine works well for the users application and to avoid problems (can be equipped with different “beaters” in stainless steel, teflon, brushes, rubber depending on the function and products), a tank for the refined juice collection, a chute for waste discharge, a removable closing timing case, a 5.5kW motor, with pulleys, belts and protective guard, a perforated pipe for the partial washing when the unit is closed, supporting structure in stainless steel. All parts in contact with the product are in stainless steel Aisi 304 (excluded some pieces due to manufacturing needs).

The unit can be easily disassembled and inspected as to permit quick adjustments and accurate washings; in addition a wide selection of sieves and brushes allows a diversified use of the unit.

PLEASE NOTE: These pulper/refiners are used for the refining of different fruits (fresh or cooked) such as chopped apples/pears/berries, destoned peaches/mango, etc but if its intended use is for pulping and refining differing “unique/strange” fruits it is better for us and the manufacturer to know what products these are along with the temperature/s they will be processed at so please provide these details when making your enquiry.
