On offer is the following jam production plants from a pilot plant line with a capacity of 100 kg/h through to the industrial version. Commonly the industrial way of preparing jam starts from frozen or aseptically filled fruit puree. However, this manufacturer can offer complete turn-key plants for basically all types of fresh fruit. Available for this process is equipment including fresh fruit preparation, drum emptying pumps, vacuum cookers / evaporators, filling lines (both automatic and semi-automatic, capping, labelling, and batch pasteurisation.

VACUUM COOKERS / EVAPORATORS are especially suitable to produce jams but also sauces and seasonings in 5 differing capacities from 40 to 1200kg.

FILLING LINES where in the case of the request for a turn-key plant, suitable jam filling lines (eg in to glass jars), depending on capacity, customised solutions can be found to meet exact requirements.

Typically the lines offered are fully automatic lines consisting of filler, capper and labeller rated around 1,000 glass jars per hour with the semi-automatic lines usually rated around 100kg/hour.
