These are NEW batch cheese pasteurisers, which are constructed of 100% stainless steel (AISI 304). These pasteurizers are made of high quality materials using the latest equipment and technology. All materials are the most reliable in European market and quarantee a long and trouble-free operation. They are concepted with ergonomic design, with excellent insulation of the tank with double wall and two component environmentally friendly polyurethane foam.

They come in four volume sizes - 200, 300, 500, 800 & 1000 litre volumes.

They are fully certified. The tank is triple walled with jacket then environmentally friendly, polyurethane foam (45mm walls and 90mm underneath) inside the outer liner. They come with an electronic PLC control panel with a 4.3 inch touch screen and a user friendly interface which gives visual & sound alerts for every step completion or malfunction. The information is recorded for report presentation. Data saving option avoids continuous reprogramming.

These also feature the following functional characteristics:
• Planetary agitation for better curd cutting
• Powerful agitation motor, protected by stainless steel cover, controlled by inverter for accurate regulation of the agitation speed
• DN80 outlet valve for quick liquid drainage
• Removable stainless steel agitation paddle for milk
• Vessel inclination mechanism (8% inclination)

Optional extra include:
- Stirring shovels: removable stainless steel cutters of high durability and elasticity for the coagulated mixture’s cutting.
- Milk strainer with handle: stainless steel detachable filter for the cheese curd holding.
- Removable side walls / blade: it is placed at the side of the curve and when the mixture falls on it, it causes waves and a better mix of the material in the vessel.
- Detachable milk agitator.
- Pneumatic / air pressed inclination with air piston in order to lift and empty the vessel.

These units are manufactured by a large company in Greece with a New Zealand agent for after sales support. Milkplan give a one year warranty on electrics and five year warranty on the rest of the equipment.
